Registered Massage Therapy, also known as RMT, is a regulated healthcare profession in BC that involves the assessment, treatment, and prevention of various physical dysfunctions, injuries, and chronic conditions using hands-on techniques. RMTs are highly trained and educated healthcare professionals who have completed a rigorous program of study, passed standardized exams, and are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.

Selina's journey into massage therapy started with a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, which she continuously integrates into her practice to deliver personalized treatments. Her expertise includes deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, among others, allowing her to tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Tanya Wu completed Massage Therapy Program and become a member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC). Being able to help people to improve their health and well-being is happiness for her.
She believes patient-centered treatment is the key element between an RMT and a patient. This includes creating a personalized treatment plan to reach the treatment goals and providing homecare for an individual patient. Tanya has a passion for treating patients by using a variety of techniques such as myofascial active release, deep tissue massage, Swedish techniques, joint mobilization, trigger point release, and active/passive stretching.
Tanya can speak English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.

James Xu is certified for IASTM upper and lower body (scraping) as well as hot stone/contract stone massage therapy.
James Xu is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) known for his compassionate approach and skillful touch. With a deep-rooted passion for wellness and healing, James brings years of experience and expertise to his practice.His Journey as a healthcare provider began outside of Canada. He went to medical school in China and he had been working in provincial occupational rehabilitation center as an Occupational therapist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner for more than 5 years.
As a RMT, He is highly motivated to help clients address their issues, improve their lives, and enhance their well-being. He has extensive experience in treating back, shoulder, and neck pain caused by postural imbalance, prolonged sitting or standing, and various sports injuries.
Jim is a graduate of the Vancouver Career Institute and currently practices in Integrative Rehabilitation as an RMT. In addition to being an RMT, Jim holds a degree in General Medicine from Guangdong Medical University in China and has been an MD in hospitals for over 20 years.
With an extensive medical background, Jim has a deep and well-defined understanding of human anatomy and physiology and a strong ability to treat clients. As an RMT, it is his goal to meet client expectations through his skills and knowledge in assessing and addressing client health issues involving muscle and joint pain and working towards solutions to achieve better physical health.
Jim is also very sports-loving, interested in sports such as fitness, swimming and badminton.
